Our Farm

We are located 45 minutes North of Little Rock, and about 30 minutes East of Conway, in the foothills of the beautiful, Ozark Mountains, in Romance, Arkansas. Our farm is small, but our stock consists of top quality foundation bloodlines. We researched the Rocky Mountain Horse very thoroughly before purchasing our first mare, which was a blessing, she is a rare "Sewell's Sam" daughter. He is considered to be the gentlest of the foundation sons, and this temperament is definately passed on to his offspring. Our stock also consist of; a direct daughter of "Yankee", (Ragtime), and mares that are proven producers of International Champions, among other highly sought after bloodlines. We have a small number of foals each year that are imprinted, handled, and loved daily. We provide the best quality care and nutrition to ensure that the foals are healthy & strong. Because these foals have such a calm and willing attitude, it makes training them a pleasure. Even though Rockies are known for their chocolate colored bodies with white or flaxen mane & tail, we believe color is beautiful to look at, but it does not take priority over breeding responsibly, to minimize the risk of, ASD, (see "What is a Rocky?" for information on color related, ASD). We breed for great minds, beautiful conformation, a gentle spirit, and a solid four-beat gait. When you meet a Rocky, you will see their beauty is much more than color.
